Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans that align with firm-wide goals and enhance practice group performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Marketing to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Oversee talent management processes including onboarding, workload monitoring, recruiting strategies, and attorney evaluations to ensure high team performance.
- Lead mentorship and diversity initiatives that foster an inclusive and growth-oriented culture within the practice groups.
- Monitor key performance metrics and maintain essential practice resources to support attorneys’ success and client satisfaction.
- Organize retreats, training sessions, and regular meetings to promote cohesion and continuous professional development.
- Manage financial oversight in partnership with the Finance team, including budgeting and forecasting for practice groups.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure transparency and alignment on objectives and progress.
What We’re Looking For
Required:

- Minimum seven years of experience in legal practice management or professional services operations.
