Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, balanced, and immersive game levels that align with the creative vision and technical constraints.
• Collaborate closely with artists, programmers, and producers to ensure seamless integration of gameplay elements and visuals.
• Implement gameplay mechanics and iterate on level design based on player feedback and testing metrics to optimize player engagement.
• Lead level design reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior designers to maintain high-quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Level Designer or Senior Level Designer in the video game industry.
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Unreal Engine, Unity, or equivalent.
• Proven ability to create compelling, player-centric level designs that drive engagement and retention.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with data-driven design and familiarity with player analytics.
• Fluency in English with strong written and verbal skills.
