Olatokunbo Demola Salami is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Engineer – CNC to join our automotive manufacturing team in the Federal Republic of Germany. This contract role offers a competitive annual salary of €80,000 and requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing CNC programming and operations to enhance production efficiency and quality. Key Responsibilities Design and implement advanced CNC programs to streamline manufacturing processes. Manage and oversee CNC machine operations ensuring precision and high-quality output. Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve CNC machinery issues promptly. Perform regular assessments and maintenance on CNC equipment to ensure optimal performance. Develop innovative manufacturing techniques aimed at improving operational efficiency. Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with automotive industry standards and regulations. Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and CNC operators. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline. Proven expertise in CNC programming and machine operation. Strong knowledge of CNC machinery, tooling, and related CAD/CAM software. Experience in automotive manufacturing processes is highly preferred. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. This position reports directly to the Engineering Manager and works closely with production and quality assurance teams to foster cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement.
