Key Responsibilities

• Implement PEGA solutions that strictly adhere to platform best practices, ensuring high-quality and scalable applications.
• Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by the Lead Developer, delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Perform thorough design and code reviews to maintain code quality and compliance with company standards.
• Participate actively in planning meetings with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline effective IT solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly throughout the project lifecycle, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth delivery.
• Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PEGA development with business goals and customer needs.
• Document technical specifications and implementation details to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in PEGA development with a strong understanding of PEGA platform best practices.
• Proven track record in delivering complex PEGA projects on schedule and budget.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
