Key Responsibilities
- Implement PEGA solutions that strictly adhere to platform best practices, ensuring high-quality and scalable applications.
- Manage technical implementation tasks delegated by the Lead Developer, delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Perform thorough design and code reviews to maintain code quality and compliance with company standards.
- Participate actively in planning meetings with Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, and team members to analyze business requirements and outline effective IT solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly throughout the project lifecycle, minimizing downtime and ensuring smooth delivery.
- Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align PEGA development with business goals and customer needs.
- Document technical specifications and implementation details to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in PEGA development with a strong understanding of PEGA platform best practices.
- Proven track record in delivering complex PEGA projects on schedule and budget.
