This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $75,000 per year and plays a key role in driving our company’s growth and innovation in the engineering sector. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning and development, ensuring projects meet timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define detailed project specifications and requirements. Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to achieve targets. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and status reports for senior management and stakeholders. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues. Supervise and mentor junior engineers and project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Coordinate with other departments to streamline project workflows and optimize resource management. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field). Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing engineering projects. Proven expertise in project management methodologies and tools. Proficiency with engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and multitasking skills.
