Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications to ensure compliance with business requirements and technical specifications. Design and execute test plans, test cases, and automated tests validating software performance and functionality. Collaborate closely with software developers and product managers to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle. Analyze test results and provide detailed defect reports, ensuring transparency throughout the software development lifecycle. Lead quality assurance efforts on multiple projects, focusing on continuous improvement and best practices. Participate in release planning and risk assessment meetings to guide project timelines and quality standards. Mentor junior QA team members, sharing expertise and promoting a culture of quality across the organization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software quality assurance. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
