Key Responsibilities

Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective Salesforce CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to enhance client workflows.
Lead the development team by mentoring junior developers and overseeing code quality and best practices.
Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion and alignment with client expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution integration.
Implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures that support future growth and customization.
Track project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and internal management.
Ensure compliance with Salesforce security standards and data privacy regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong CRM expertise.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
Experience leading development teams or projects with proven leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid environments.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Preferred:

Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator.
Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party Salesforce apps.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
