Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze client requirements to design effective Salesforce CRM solutions tailored to business needs.
  • Develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components to enhance client workflows.
  • Lead the development team by mentoring junior developers and overseeing code quality and best practices.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring on-time completion and alignment with client expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure seamless solution integration.
  • Implement scalable and maintainable Salesforce architectures that support future growth and customization.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to clients and internal management.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong CRM expertise.
  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Experience leading development teams or projects with proven leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work effectively in remote or hybrid environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Preferred:

  • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator.
  • Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs) and third-party Salesforce apps.
