Senior SAP Basis Consultant – Florida City, FL

Location: Remote from EU with occasional business trips to Munich Languages Required: English and German Project Type: SAP S/4HANA Transformation Requirements Mandatory: 8–10+ years of experience in SAP Basis Administration Deep understanding of SAP System Landscape Architecture Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Transformation Projects Expertise in SAP HANA Database Administration Experience with SAP Installation, System Copy, Upgrades, Migration, Performance Tuning, and Monitoring Experience in SAP technical architecture design Excellent technical documentation skills Experience in client-facing roles and technical consulting Strong communication skills Fluent German and good English proficiency Nice to Have: SAP Certifications Experience in international enterprise-scale projects Experience with high-load SAP landscapes Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager Experience with Cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP for SAP) Experience in SAP Basis automation Key Responsibilities Advise clients on analysis, optimization, and development of their SAP Basis Landscape Design and oversee SAP Basis architecture Prepare technical documentation and establish documentation standards Provide technical support for migration projects and transitions to SAP S/4HANA Architectural consulting on SAP System Landscape evolution Develop technical roadmaps and strategic recommendations Consult on SAP HANA Database architecture, performance optimization, monitoring, and migration Support and optimize SAP system performance Conduct knowledge transfer sessions for client internal teams Coordinate technical requirements with all project stakeholders Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Compensation: $110,000 per year Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: Florida City, Florida, United States (Remote from EU only, not remote eligible for US candidates)
