Senior Solution Architect Cloud (GCP) at Tephra Inc in Newark, NJ Job Description Join Tephra Inc as a Senior Solution Architect specializing in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Drive cloud strategy, design scalable and secure cloud solutions, and lead application and data modernization initiatives. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Design: Develop comprehensive cloud strategies aligned with business goals. Design scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions for application and data migration and modernization. Evaluate Google Cloud services and third-party tools. Solution Design: Architect tailored GCP solutions for applications migration, modernization, and data modernization. Prepare cloud solutions including IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, Network, and Security components that meet client requirements. Technical Presentations: Conduct workshops and presentations to demonstrate solution feasibility and value, building stakeholder trust and engagement. Proof of Concept (POC): Lead design and implementation of POCs to validate solutions and transition them into larger-scale projects. Implementation & Management: Guide technical development for application modernization, migration, data modernization, and infrastructure integration on GCP. Monitor and troubleshoot cloud solutions to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with IT security teams to maintain data privacy and compliance. Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with sales, delivery, and business teams to deliver solutions. Provide technical guidance on Google Cloud best practices. Stay updated on emerging Google Cloud technologies and industry trends. Qualifications Extensive experience architecting cloud solutions on Google Cloud Platform. Strong knowledge of cloud migration, modernization, and data modernization strategies. Proven ability to lead technical presentations and POCs. Excellent collaboration and leadership skills.
