Grant M is seeking a skilled Senior Structural / Civil Engineer to join our team in New York City, NY . This W2 Contract role offers a competitive pay of $60 per hour . You will be instrumental in designing and analyzing structural systems, ensuring all work complies with building codes and industry standards. Key Responsibilities Perform advanced structural analysis and design for buildings and infrastructure projects. Prepare and review detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure code compliance. Lead design presentations and collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project goals. Work closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineers to deliver successful projects. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and team members. Participate in project planning, feasibility studies, and material selection evaluations. Maintain thorough documentation and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in structural design and analysis. Proficiency with structural design software including AutoCAD, Revit, and SAP2000. Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations. Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not mandatory. Experience with concrete and steel structural design principles. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
