Front Desk Helpers Co is looking for a strategic and execution-driven SEO & Organic Growth Specialist with deep expertise in AI-powered content systems and advanced search optimization to join our team in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This full-time remote role focuses on building and scaling our organic traffic through AI-assisted content production, localized SEO, technical SEO, and authoritative backlink strategies. Your work will directly influence patient acquisition, market positioning, and brand authority in a competitive healthcare market. Key Responsibilities AI-Powered Content Strategy & Execution: Produce high-quality SEO content refined by human expertise using AI tools; develop borough- and neighborhood-specific landing pages; build structured content clusters; optimize for Google organic search, AI search engines (AEO), featured snippets, and People Also Ask. Maintain E-E-A-T Standards: Ensure content reflects Experience, Expertise, Authority, and Trust to build patient trust and conversion. Audience Differentiation: Tailor messaging distinctly for Medicaid vs. Private Pay audiences to maximize relevance and impact. Technical SEO & Optimization: Implement technical SEO best practices to improve site health, crawlability, and indexing. Backlink Acquisition: Develop authoritative backlink profiles to boost domain authority and search rankings. Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm New York time (remote eligible).
