Front Desk Helpers Co is looking for a highly strategic and execution-oriented SEO & Organic Growth Specialist with deep expertise in AI-powered content systems and advanced search optimization. This full-time remote role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, focuses on building and scaling our organic traffic engine through AI-assisted content production, localized SEO, technical optimization, and authoritative backlink acquisition.
This position plays a critical role in patient acquisition, market positioning, and establishing long-term brand authority within a competitive and regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- AI-Powered Content Strategy & Execution: Leverage AI tools to create high-quality, human-refined SEO content; design precise AI prompts; develop borough- and neighborhood-specific landing pages; build structured content clusters; optimize for Google organic search, AI search engines (AEO), featured snippets, and People Also Ask; maintain high E-E-A-T standards; differentiate messaging for Medicaid vs. Private Pay audiences; and enhance patient trust and conversion.
- Technical SEO & Optimization: Implement technical SEO best practices to improve site speed, crawlability, and indexing; conduct regular audits; fix SEO issues; and collaborate with development teams.
- Backlink Acquisition & Authority Building: Develop and execute strategies to acquire authoritative backlinks and improve domain authority.
- Competitive Analysis & Reporting: Monitor SEO performance, analyze competitors, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM New York time.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in SEO, organic growth, and AI-powered content systems.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and AI search optimization.
- Ability to blend automation with strategic thinking and human refinement.
- Experience in healthcare or regulated industries is a plus.
