Maintain detailed documentation of all service activities, including repairs and installations. Work closely with the engineering team to enhance service processes and product designs. Manage equipment inventory to ensure availability of parts for repairs and installations. Engage in continuous training to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry standards. Qualifications ITI or Polytechnic diploma in Electronics or related field. Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for electronic systems. Experience in installation and maintenance of electronic devices. Proficiency with industry-standard tools and software. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
