Key Responsibilities Perform installations, configurations, and repairs of electronic equipment with precision. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to maximize device performance and reliability. Deliver technical support through phone, email, or on-site visits to address customer inquiries effectively. Maintain detailed documentation of all service activities, including repairs and installations. Work closely with the engineering team to enhance service processes and product designs. Manage equipment inventory to ensure availability of parts for repairs and installations. Engage in continuous training to stay updated with the latest technologies and industry standards. Qualifications ITI or Polytechnic diploma in Electronics or related field. Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for electronic systems. Experience in installation and maintenance of electronic devices. Proficiency with industry-standard tools and software. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred.
