Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain OpenStack and Private Cloud system performance. Develop and implement automation to streamline operations and deployments. Diagnose and resolve application and cloud infrastructure issues. Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to enhance system reliability. Conduct system audits and support disaster recovery planning. Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and procedures. Participate in on-call rotations to support mission-critical systems. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong proficiency with Linux and related technologies. Experience working with OpenStack tools and private cloud platforms. Knowledge of networking, system monitoring, and performance tuning. Industry certifications such as Red Hat Certified Engineer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect are a plus. Minimum 3 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar roles.
