Key Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive social engagement strategies that enhance community relations and promote social inclusion. Oversee daily operations of social programs ensuring alignment with Fundacion Cagna’s core values and strategic objectives. Manage and mentor a team of social outreach coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Conduct research and gather community insights to continuously improve the effectiveness and reach of social programs. Coordinate and participate in community events and initiatives that raise awareness and support for social causes. Compile and analyze program metrics and impact data to assess success and inform future strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers and marketing to integrate social strategies into broader organizational projects. Ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices in social program management. What We're Looking For Required: Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field. Minimum of 5 years proven experience in social management or community engagement roles. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both verbal and written. Familiarity with community engagement methodologies and social impact assessment tools. Proficiency in project management software and social media platforms. Preferred: Experience working within nonprofit or social development organizations. Knowledge of Venezuelan social policies and community dynamics. Additional certifications in project management or social impact measurement. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
