Fundacion Cagna is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Manager to join our team in Caracas, Distrito Federal, Venezuela . This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to lead social engagement initiatives that positively impact our community and align with our organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective social engagement strategies to strengthen community relations. Oversee daily operations of social programs ensuring they align with company values and objectives. Manage and mentor a team of social outreach coordinators to maximize program impact. Conduct research and gather insights to continuously improve social program effectiveness. Coordinate and actively participate in community events promoting the company’s social initiatives. Compile and analyze performance metrics to evaluate the success of social outreach programs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social strategies into broader organizational projects. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences or a related field. Minimum of 5 years proven leadership experience in social management. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with community engagement and social impact assessments. Experience with project management software and social media platforms. As a Social Manager, you will work closely with project managers, community relations specialists, and marketing personnel, reporting directly to the Director of Social Initiatives.
