Arti Maurya is looking for a dedicated Social Media Executive to join our team on a part-time basis. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our social media presence through effective digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of communication and online recruitment, contributing to content creation and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage and update social media profiles across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create and schedule engaging content tailored to target audiences. Monitor social media engagement and respond promptly to audience interactions. Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to boost online visibility. Conduct online recruitment efforts to identify and attract potential candidates. Evaluate social media performance using engagement metrics and prepare reports. Collaborate closely with marketing, recruitment, and content teams to ensure cohesive online branding. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Skills: Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Basic Communication, Online Recruitment, Content Creation. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Experience: Entry-level candidates are welcome. This position reports directly to the marketing lead and involves close collaboration with digital marketing professionals and recruitment teams to align social media initiatives with overall company goals. Compensation: $10,000 per month (part-time). Work Arrangement: Remote eligible.
