Social Media Expert and Content Creator – Remote (Tempe, AZ)

CazVid is hiring an experienced Social Media Expert and Content Creator for a full-time, remote role. You can work from anywhere in the world, with Tempe, Arizona listed as the job location. This position is for an individual who will work full time on CazVid’s brand—not an agency or someone managing multiple brands.

Create engaging written, visual, and video content and manage CazVid’s presence across social media platforms. Applicants should have relevant experience and include their desired compensation when applying. No formal education is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with CazVid’s brand goals.
• Create high-quality graphics, videos, and written posts for multiple platforms.
• Manage social media interactions, respond to inquiries promptly, and encourage community engagement.
• Review social media metrics and insights, measure performance, and adjust strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistent messaging across channels.
• Keep up with social media trends and content creation best practices.
• Conduct outreach and build partnerships with influencers and brand advocates.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Proficiency in content creation, social media strategy, and engagement management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar social media management tools.
• Knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Relevant professional experience is essential; a formal degree is not required.
