Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to boost brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Create and curate compelling content tailored for platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt campaigns to maintain innovation and relevance.
• Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to optimize performance and guide strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and other departments to align social media efforts with company goals.
• Engage with customers by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and feedback, fostering a positive online community.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive social media presence.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proven experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and management tools.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
