Key Skills Required: Excellent English proficiency Minimum 2 years experience in social media community management Basic marketing strategy knowledge Creativity in content creation Experience with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok Understanding of hashtags, sharing, retweets, favorites, tagging, and influencer collaboration Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to make decisions under pressure Assertive communication and excellent writing and grammar skills Responsibilities: Develop and implement social media strategies to attract potential customers and candidates Create engaging, creative, and shareable content for Reels and other formats Manage and schedule posts across assigned social media accounts Monitor social media trends and recommend new strategies Collaborate with the business team to integrate social media campaigns with marketing efforts Optimize content for SEO to maximize reach and engagement Write compelling social media captions that inspire action Stay updated on social media best practices, technology, and platforms Develop new content ideas and scripts for YouTube videos and segments Manage CRM tasks using Clientify Create and monitor Google Ads campaigns for YouTube and website Participate in weekly marketing team brainstorming sessions Collaborate with influencers and local/international partners Use analytics tools to measure campaign success Participate in trimestral job fairs Work Schedule & Location: Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM EST.
