Key Responsibilities

Design and architect scalable, high-performance software solutions using Node.js and React frameworks.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs.
Lead code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure software quality and maintainability.
Develop and maintain architectural documentation, including system diagrams and technical specifications.
Evaluate new technologies and tools to improve development efficiency and product scalability.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Ensure software solutions comply with security standards and performance benchmarks.
Drive innovation by proposing improvements to existing systems and processes, aiming for measurable impact on product delivery timelines.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

5+ years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Node.js and React.
Proven track record in software architecture and system design for scalable applications.
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in remote and hybrid teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Knowledge of TypeScript and modern front-end build tools.
Leadership experience in mentoring or managing technical teams.
