At Company, a leader in innovative technology solutions, we’re expanding our Quality Engineering team in Asunción, Paraguay. We’re looking for a dedicated Software Quality Engineer Lead to partner closely with our clients and lead their teams in implementing best practices for testing delivery. Key Responsibilities

Lead client teams in adopting and executing testing delivery best practices to ensure high-quality software releases.
Collaborate with customers to understand their quality challenges and tailor solutions that improve testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and communicate continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Engineering Center of Excellence.
Guide internal teams on go-to-market approaches and client engagement best practices to enhance service delivery.
Monitor and report on key quality metrics, driving data-informed decisions to improve testing processes.
Mentor and support team members to build strong technical and leadership skills in quality engineering.
Ensure alignment with industry standards and compliance requirements in all quality engineering activities.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to promote quality awareness and best practices among clients and internal teams.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

5+ years of experience in software quality engineering with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, automation tools, and quality assurance frameworks.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Experience working with Agile and DevOps environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred:

Experience in multinational or remote team environments.
Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a growth mindset.
