Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Professional Services team to design and implement tailored customer solutions that enhance revenue lifecycle management.
• Provide expert guidance on Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) systems and revenue processes to ensure successful Nue platform adoption.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinating effectively with clients and internal teams to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Lead customer engagements by gathering detailed requirements and facilitating smooth transitions during product and process transformations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with large Enterprise clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
• Work closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within project scope.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing client feedback and operational data to optimize revenue operations.
• Support clients in adopting new technologies and processes, ensuring seamless change management and user enablement.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Upper B2 level of English proficiency (written and spoken) to communicate effectively with global teams and clients.
• 3-5 years of experience in software implementation, preferably within Billing, CRM, or ERP systems.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to manage project tasks, deadlines, and client expectations in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Preferred:

• Consulting experience in revenue operations or technology implementation.
• Familiarity with Salesforce platform and managed packages.
• Knowledge of Order-To-Cash (O2C), Accounts Receivable (AR), or General Ledger (GL) processes.
