What We're Looking For Required: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or certification applicable in Illinois. Minimum of 1 year of direct experience working in school-based speech-language pathology. Strong knowledge of speech and language disorders common in pediatric populations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and educators. Ability to manage caseloads efficiently while maintaining high-quality care. Preferred: Experience with Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation. Familiarity with assistive technology and augmentative communication devices.
