We are expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Staffing Specialist to deliver exceptional recruitment services and client support in a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide customized solutions. Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and successfully filling positions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a positive staffing experience. Collaborate with team members to develop innovative talent acquisition strategies and gain market insights. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Monitor and report on recruitment KPIs to track success and client satisfaction. Participate in training and company initiatives to enhance professional skills and contribute to team growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Certification in a relevant field is mandatory. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with recruitment software and tools is highly preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing or related fields is advantageous.
