Storekeeper for Interior Fit Out Projects in Navi Mumbai

Youngstone Projects India LLP is hiring a dedicated and detail-oriented Storekeeper to manage inventory for interior fit-out projects in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This full-time role is essential for ensuring smooth project execution by maintaining accurate stock records and coordinating material flow efficiently. Key Responsibilities Maintain complete inventory records of materials received, issued, and stock balances at site/store. Manage material inward and outward entries , stock registers, and reports. Verify materials received from vendors against Purchase Orders (PO), delivery challans, and quantity specifications . Issue materials to site teams and contractors based on site requirements and approved requests . Maintain proper documentation including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issue slips, and stock records . Track material consumption and wastage during project execution. Ensure proper labelling, stacking, and safe storage of materials. Coordinate with purchase team, project managers, and site supervisors for timely material availability. Conduct periodic inventory checks and stock audits to maintain accuracy. Maintain records of tools, equipment, and machinery issued to workers. Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies to management immediately. Required Knowledge Candidate should be familiar with materials commonly used in interior turnkey projects , including: Plywood, MDF, Particle Board Laminates, Veneers, Hardware Fittings Glass, Paints, Adhesives This role demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure project deadlines are met without material shortages or delays.
