Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery and consultation calls with parents and adult learners to understand their educational needs.
• Identify specific academic, ESL, enrichment, or neurodivergent support requirements to ensure appropriate program matching.
• Match clients with suitable teachers and educational programs that align with their goals.
• Present clear pricing, schedules, and enrollment options to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Close enrollments effectively and support clients through payment completion processes.
• Maintain detailed and accurate notes within the academy CRM to track client interactions and progress.
• Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets, contributing directly to the academy’s growth.
• Collaborate with the enrollment coordination and scheduling teams to ensure seamless client experiences.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Proven experience in education sales, tutoring enrollment, or consultative sales roles with measurable success.
