Vacancy Available: Field Supervisor – Telecommunications Sector MAGARTV - DIRECTV is seeking a skilled Field Supervisor with proven experience in telecommunications sales to strategically lead the sales force and ensure strong market positioning of our products. Main Responsibilities: Lead, accompany, and motivate the assigned sales team. Strategically position products along assigned sales routes. Develop and monitor performance indicators. Supervise client portfolio growth, maintenance, and satisfaction. Develop and enhance the commercial team’s capabilities. Promote a positive, results-driven work environment. Adapt and implement sales strategies based on market conditions. Manage routes and ensure achievement of set objectives. Requirements: 3 to 5 years minimum experience in field supervision, preferably with telecom dealer companies. Proven leadership and assertive communication skills.
