Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and actionable improvement opportunities that enhance operational performance. Support demand planning and forecasting efforts to optimize inventory levels, reduce stockouts, and improve service levels. Collaborate closely with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth material flow and timely delivery. Monitor supplier performance by tracking key metrics such as lead time, cost, and service quality to drive vendor accountability. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query), Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems to provide real-time insights. Assist in auditing supply chain operations and implement process improvements that reduce costs and mitigate risks. Support cross-functional initiatives focused on cost reduction, vendor evaluation, and supply chain risk management. Ensure accuracy and compliance of supply chain records and maintain thorough operational documentation. What We're Looking For Required: Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Power Query. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar platforms. Solid knowledge of demand planning, logistics, procurement, and inventory management principles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Preferred: Experience working in fast-paced manufacturing or supply chain environments. Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for advanced data visualization. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement projects and cross-functional initiatives. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying supply chain risks.
