About the Role JobSpot is hiring a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our New York, NY team. This full-time position supports end-to-end supply chain operations by analyzing data, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency across procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution. Key Responsibilities Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement Support demand planning, forecasting, and inventory optimization activities Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient material flow Monitor supplier performance and track key metrics including lead time, cost, and service levels Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or similar tools Assist in auditing supply chain operations and implementing process improvements Support cross-functional teams in cost reduction, vendor evaluation, and risk mitigation Maintain accuracy of supply chain records and operational documentation Required Qualifications Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite preferred Knowledge of demand planning, logistics, procurement, or inventory management principles Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Location: New York, NY, United States Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $70,000 per year
