RAL Community Care Ltd is looking for a compassionate Care Home Support Worker to join our team in LN8 3DY, Lincolnshire. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities tailored to client needs. Communicate effectively to understand and respect client preferences. Strong compassion, patience, communication, and teamwork abilities. Previous experience in a support or care role preferred but not mandatory. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends. Certifications in care, first aid, or health and safety are advantageous.
