DEEPAK KUMAR GUPTA is seeking a skilled Systems Administrator II to join our IT team in Williams, California. This full-time role focuses on maintaining and optimizing Linux-based systems and networks to ensure high availability, security, and performance. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain Linux servers and systems for optimal uptime and performance. Conduct regular system updates, backups, and manage data recovery processes. Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly. Support the design and deployment of network solutions aligned with business goals. Collaborate closely with IT team members on projects to enhance infrastructure. Document system configurations, maintenance activities, and updates for compliance. Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize technology utilization. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 2 years experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role. Strong expertise in Linux operating systems. Knowledge of network protocols and architecture. Certifications such as CompTIA Linux+, LPIC are advantageous. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure preferred. Reporting directly to the IT Manager, you will work within a collaborative IT team alongside developers and project managers to support and improve our technology infrastructure.
