Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit with company culture and role requirements. Collaborate closely with department heads to understand specific hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey to enhance employer branding. Track recruitment metrics and prepare reports to measure the effectiveness of hiring campaigns and identify areas for improvement. Stay informed on the latest talent acquisition trends and best practices to continuously optimize recruitment efforts. What We're Looking For Required: Diploma in Human Resources or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
