Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring timely and efficient hiring processes. Identify and screen highly qualified candidates using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools to build a robust talent pipeline. Coordinate interviews and collaborate closely with hiring managers to align candidate selection with organizational needs. Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases to monitor progress and report on hiring metrics. Support employer branding initiatives by promoting company culture and values through outreach and social media engagement. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring cycle. Analyze recruitment data to identify trends and recommend improvements to sourcing strategies and processes. Collaborate with HR and management teams to forecast hiring needs and develop strategic talent acquisition plans. What We're Looking For Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in a remote or virtual environment. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment analytics tools. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
