Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, providing expert guidance in financial analysis, reporting, and strategic planning. Oversee daily financial operations ensuring accuracy, compliance, and regulatory adherence. Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that promote business growth. Facilitate regular team meetings and performance reviews to encourage continuous improvement and open communication. Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, setting benchmarks aligned with company goals. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and financial health. Conduct training sessions to develop team members’ skills and support professional growth. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the finance sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven leadership skills focused on team development and performance management. Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Proficiency with financial software and tools; ERP system experience is a plus. Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA preferred but not mandatory.
