At Company, a leading game development studio based in Medellín, Colombia, we're passionate about creating immersive gaming experiences that push the boundaries of technology and art. We're expanding our team and looking for a skilled Technical Artist to join us on-site. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between creative artistry and technical implementation, ensuring our games deliver stunning visuals with optimal performance. Responsibilities include developing tools, optimizing assets, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating closely with art and development teams. Candidates must have 2+ years experience, proficiency in C#, C++, shader languages, and 3D modeling software. On-site work hours are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM with a one-hour leisure break.
