Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical design and implementation of Nue.io solutions tailored to customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and configuration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to develop custom integrations that enhance client workflows.
  • Provide expert guidance on Nue API usage, data imports, and integration best practices to optimize platform adoption.
  • Manage customer projects from initiation through delivery, maintaining timelines and ensuring measurable business value.
  • Drive continuous product improvements by communicating customer feedback and technical insights to the engineering team.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and translate them into scalable technical solutions leveraging Salesforce, Apex, and PL/SQL.
  • Support integration efforts with REST APIs and platforms like Tray.io to automate order-to-cash (O2C) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
  • Maintain clear, professional communication with global stakeholders, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in software solutions, preferably in Billing, CRM, or ERP systems.
  • Strong proficiency with Salesforce platform, Apex programming, and PL/SQL database management.
  • Experience working with REST APIs and integration tools such as Tray.io.
  • Upper B2 level English proficiency (written and spoken) to collaborate with international teams.
  • Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset and a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Order-To-Cash (O2C) or Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and related software.
  • Experience managing end-to-end technical projects with measurable business outcomes.
  • Prior exposure to SaaS platforms or revenue lifecycle management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to product development through customer feedback integration.
