Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management or a similar role. Proven expertise in Application Lifecycle Management. Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile/Scrum, or similar.
