Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Technical Program Management or similar roles. Proven expertise in Application Lifecycle Management. Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project. Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Preferred certifications include PMP, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent.
