Join our team as a Technical Support Specialist in Lubrication Systems based in Guatemala City, Guatemala. This full-time position involves providing expert technical support for lubrication systems and equipment, ensuring optimal performance aligned with client needs and sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and technically evaluate centralized lubrication systems and machinery.
- Collect and analyze data on equipment utilizing lubrication products.
- Perform lubrication tasks as necessary to maintain equipment efficiency.
- Monitor and calculate lubricant consumption at various lubrication points.
- Manage inventory of lubricants and related equipment.
- Review product concentrations and recommend adjustments to maintain optimal levels.
- Prepare detailed customer visit reports and track related expenses.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support ongoing service excellence.
- Document client benefits and improvements resulting from lubrication solutions.
- Plan and execute activities such as supervising tests and client visits.
- Provide comprehensive reports on scheduled activities and outcomes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in lubrication systems or technical inspection roles.
