Company is seeking a skilled Industrial Technical Advisor specializing in lubrication systems to join our team in Guatemala City, Guatemala. This full-time position focuses on providing expert technical support and inspection services for centralized lubrication systems and machinery to enhance client operations and sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Inspect and technically evaluate centralized lubrication systems and operational equipment. Collect and analyze data on equipment using lubrication products. Perform lubrication tasks and monitor consumption at lubrication points. Manage inventory of lubricants and related equipment. Review product concentrations and recommend adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Prepare detailed customer visit reports and track associated expenses. Build and maintain strong client relationships to support business growth. Document client benefits and improvements achieved through technical interventions. Plan and supervise activities such as tests and client visits, providing timely reports. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. Proven experience in lubrication systems or technical equipment inspection. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in customer relations and inventory management. Familiarity with report writing and strategic planning. Industry certifications related to lubrication systems are a plus. Proficiency in relevant software tools (details discussed during interview). 1-3 years of professional experience in a similar technical advisory role.
