Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat, ensuring all communication is conducted in English.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, achieving a first-contact resolution rate of at least 85%.
- Document all customer interactions and technical issues clearly in the CRM system to maintain accurate records and support team knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes.
- Train new team members by sharing knowledge and best practices, fostering a culture of learning and professional growth.
- Manage high-stress situations professionally, maintaining composure and delivering excellent customer service under pressure.
