Technical Trainer (Programming & DSA) - Namratha, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India Namratha is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Senior Technical Trainer with a strong academic background in Computer Engineering to lead our technical education programs. This full-time role focuses on mentoring engineering students in advanced programming and data structures & algorithms (DSA), bridging academic theory with industry demands. Key Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and maintain industry-aligned curricula for Java, Python, and DSA. Instructional Delivery: Conduct engaging live coding sessions, workshops, and webinars for undergraduate and postgraduate students. Technical Mentorship: Guide students through complex problem-solving, competitive programming, and real-world coding challenges. DSA Specialization: Explain advanced concepts such as dynamic programming, greedy algorithms, trees, graphs, and optimize space-time complexity. Assessment & Evaluation: Create coding assignments, organize hackathons, and evaluate student performance with assessments and mock interviews. Resource Management: Develop high-quality training materials including manuals, interactive presentations, and hands-on labs. Required Qualifications: Education: Master’s degree (M.E., M.Tech) or Bachelor’s degree (B.E., B.Tech) in Computer Science Engineering or related field. Technical Expertise: Strong command of Java and Python programming languages. Deep knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms including arrays, linked lists, and advanced graph algorithms. Experience with competitive programming platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank is a plus. Communication Skills: Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse learners.
