Key Responsibilities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on heavy construction machinery. Diagnose and repair hydraulic and electrical system failures efficiently. Maintain and repair hydraulic pumps and pressure systems for optimal operation. Interpret electrical schematics and technical plans to support repairs. Conduct thorough technical evaluations of equipment in the field and document findings accurately. Prepare detailed technical reports and maintenance logs using Microsoft Word and Excel. Work effectively under pressure to reduce equipment downtime and maximize productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in heavy machinery maintenance and repair. Strong knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and technical documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage time efficiently. As part of our dynamic team, you will collaborate closely with engineers and project managers to align maintenance activities with project schedules. Reporting to the maintenance supervisor, your expertise will be essential to maintaining equipment reliability and supporting construction operations.
