Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to share details about our products and services. Communicate effectively to understand customer needs and offer appropriate assistance. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and update our database accordingly. Follow up on leads and inquiries promptly to ensure excellent customer service. Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and telecalling skills. Collect and report customer feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent educational qualification. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Previous telecalling or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment. Proficiency with standard office software and CRM tools. Motivated to learn and grow within the organization. This position reports directly to the Telecalling Supervisor and involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company goals.
