Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into customers. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to synchronize outreach strategies and share insights. Prepare comprehensive reports on call outcomes, client feedback, and recommendations to improve outreach efforts. Stay informed about industry trends to enhance client communication and engagement. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail. Basic to intermediate financial analysis capabilities. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 1-2 years experience in telecalling or customer service preferred. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. At Subrat, telecallers work in close coordination with sales and marketing departments, reporting directly to the Telecalling Supervisor.
