Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming customer support requests with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
  • Provide expert assistance in handling service complaints and inquiries, maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to document cases and prepare reports accurately.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex electrical or mechanical problems.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and technical troubleshooting steps to support continuous improvement.
  • Follow company protocols and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education or technical diploma in Electricity or Mechanics.
  • Proven knowledge in customer service and complaint handling.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or similar software.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
