Maintenance Technician / Gardener Job in Bogotá, Colombia

Limpieza extrema R&L SAS, a leading general services company, is seeking a proactive and responsible male Maintenance Technician / Gardener to perform locative maintenance, minor repairs, logistical support, and gardening tasks in residential or assigned facilities in Bogotá, Colombia. The ideal candidate must have a strong team spirit and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Perform minor repairs in electricity, plumbing, painting, and carpentry. Execute preventive locative maintenance routines. Carry out gardening duties including watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, planting, and green area upkeep. Support cleaning of common areas and space preparation when needed. Properly use assigned tools and equipment. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Completed secondary school. Age range: 25 to 45 years. At least 2 years of certified experience in locative maintenance and gardening. Strong service attitude and respect towards residents and administrative staff. Basic knowledge of plants and their care. Safe and proper handling of tools and equipment. Salary: COP $1,423,500 per month + transportation allowance + non-wage bonus + all legal benefits.
