Job description
Limpieza extrema R&L SAS, a leading general services company, is seeking a proactive and responsible Maintenance and Gardening Technician (Todero / Jardinero) to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in minor repairs, locative maintenance, and gardening tasks within residential or commercial properties. Key Responsibilities Perform minor repairs in electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry work. Conduct routine preventive locative maintenance. Carry out gardening duties including watering, pruning, fertilizing, pest control, planting, and upkeep of green areas. Support cleaning of common areas and space arrangements when required. Properly use assigned tools and equipment safely and efficiently. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Completed secondary school. Age range: 25 to 45 years. At least 2 years of certified experience in locative maintenance and gardening. Strong service attitude and respectful interaction with residents and administrative staff. Basic knowledge of plant care and maintenance. Safe and proper handling of tools and equipment. Salary: COP $1,423,500 per month + transportation allowance + non-wage bonus + all legal benefits.
