Key Responsibilities
- Execute SWIFT transfers accurately and within established deadlines to ensure seamless international payments.
- Collaborate independently with internal partners across SWIFT Support, FX Trading, Forecasting, and Accounts Payable departments to resolve issues and follow up on pending treasury requests.
- Manage routine and ad-hoc treasury tasks, organizing workload efficiently to meet company guidelines and deadlines.
- Update and maintain treasury reports regularly, ensuring data accuracy for forecasting and financial analysis.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or delays in treasury operations to minimize financial risk.
- Support FX Trading and Forecasting teams by providing timely information and transactional data.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to treasury activities.
- Contribute to process improvements that enhance treasury efficiency and accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or finance-related roles.
- Strong knowledge of SWIFT transfer processes and treasury management systems.
