Key Responsibilities

• Execute SWIFT transfers accurately and within established deadlines to ensure seamless international payments.
• Collaborate independently with internal partners across SWIFT Support, FX Trading, Forecasting, and Accounts Payable departments to resolve issues and follow up on pending treasury requests.
• Manage routine and ad-hoc treasury tasks, organizing workload efficiently to meet company guidelines and deadlines.
• Update and maintain treasury reports regularly, ensuring data accuracy for forecasting and financial analysis.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies or delays in treasury operations to minimize financial risk.
• Support FX Trading and Forecasting teams by providing timely information and transactional data.
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements related to treasury activities.
• Contribute to process improvements that enhance treasury efficiency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in treasury operations, banking, or finance-related roles.
• Strong knowledge of SWIFT transfer processes and treasury management systems.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
