Job description
Company is hiring a reliable Truck Driver with Code 10 & 14 licenses in Johannesburg, Gauteng. Join our permanent team and contribute to safe, timely deliveries in the transportation sector. Key Responsibilities Operate trucks safely, complying with all traffic laws and safety standards. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness. Load, secure, and transport goods to assigned locations on schedule. Keep accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage. Communicate delivery status and issues effectively with dispatch and team members. Work closely with warehouse staff for efficient loading and unloading. Follow company safety policies and compliance procedures strictly. Required and Preferred Qualifications Grade 12 / Matric certificate. Valid Code 10 & 14 driver’s licenses. Minimum 2 years of long-distance truck driving experience preferred. Strong knowledge of road safety regulations and best driving practices. Excellent driving record with no accidents or traffic violations. Basic vehicle maintenance skills. Familiarity with GPS and navigation tools is an advantage. As part of our logistics team, you will report to the logistics manager and collaborate with warehouse and dispatch teams to ensure efficient delivery operations and customer satisfaction.
