Key Responsibilities Operate trucks safely to transport goods to designated locations. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure mechanical soundness. Follow all traffic laws and regulations during driving. Maintain accurate delivery records and report any road issues promptly. Ensure proper loading and unloading of goods, verifying quantities and condition. Conduct basic vehicle maintenance and report mechanical problems immediately. Manage time efficiently to meet delivery schedules without compromising safety. Required Qualifications Valid driver’s license appropriate for truck operation. Proven record of safe driving practices. Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance. Strong time management and organizational skills. Our trucks are equipped with GPS and tracking systems to optimize routes and ensure timely deliveries. You will collaborate closely with warehouse staff and logistics coordinators to streamline loading and unloading processes. Reporting directly to transportation management, you will also work cross-functionally with dispatch and maintenance teams to maintain high operational efficiency. Compensation: R20,000 per month.
