Operate our 53ft Dry Van safely and efficiently in a fast-paced transportation environment. Your role is essential to ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining supply chain excellence. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a 53ft Dry Van truck following all DOT regulations and company policies. Deliver goods to multiple locations on schedule, ensuring on-time and damage-free shipments. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections; report maintenance or safety concerns immediately. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel usage for compliance purposes. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery details and resolve issues. Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions, clearly explaining shipment information. Use GPS and maps to navigate routes efficiently, adjusting plans to avoid delays. Required and Preferred Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Strong communication skills for teamwork and customer engagement. Proven safe driving skills with excellent time management. Experience with vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting common truck issues. Problem-solving skills to handle unexpected road challenges.
