Key Responsibilities Collaborate effectively within teams to ensure the smooth operation of daily mining activities. Assist with the implementation of safety protocols and guidelines to promote a safe work environment. Engage in routine inspections and maintenance of mining equipment. Participate in training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge about mining operations. Support experienced staff in various operational tasks as required. Collect and report operational data to assist in production quality assessments. Contribute to team meetings and provide feedback for continuous improvement initiatives. Required and Preferred Qualifications Education: Minimum of Grade 12. Skills: Strong teamwork capabilities are essential for collaboration and productivity. Experience: Previous experience in a mining or industrial environment is preferred but not mandatory. Certifications: Safety and health training certificates are an advantage.
