JAZIZ S.A.C , a leading importer of jackets for men and women, is seeking a Clothing Sales Associate to join our team in Lima, Lima Cercado, Peru. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by advising clients on available clothing products to help them make informed purchase decisions. Manage the entire sales process from initial customer interaction to closing the sale, ensuring a positive shopping experience. Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain organized merchandise displays in the store. Implement promotions and special offers to attract customers and boost sales. Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly sales targets. Handle product returns and exchanges efficiently and courteously. Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. Required and Preferred Qualifications Minimum education: Completed secondary school. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Ability to work well in a team, punctuality, and honesty in all interactions. Adaptability to customer needs and work environment.
