Part-Time Virtual Assistant – Business & Personal Support in Mexico

ABFC and ALM is seeking a detail-oriented part-time Virtual Assistant to provide business and personal support. This remote role is open to candidates anywhere in Mexico and offers an opportunity to help improve productivity by keeping daily operations, appointments, and projects organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and dispatching to keep appointments and meetings organized.
• Maintain and update CRM or job management software.
• Provide clear written and verbal communication in English.
• Organize files and documents for easy access and retrieval.
• Handle general administrative tasks that support daily operations.
• Coordinate tasks and follow up on business and personal projects.
• Use online tools and software to support efficient workflows.
• Make outbound calls to B2B leads to schedule appointments.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in scheduling or dispatching.
• Strong technical skills and familiarity with CRM or job management software.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills.
• One to two years of relevant experience preferred.

Work Arrangement

This is a part-time, primarily remote position that can be performed from anywhere in Mexico. You will work independently as part of a virtual team, report to the team lead, and communicate regularly with colleagues to stay aligned. Success requires autonomy, initiative, and reliable follow-through.

Compensation

Pay is $8 per hour.
